UPDATE on IRMA Response

September 20, 2017

Christian Disaster Response continues to do needs and damage assessment in South Florida where hurricane Irma did most of its damage.  We have temporary stopped feeding at our Winter Haven location due to shortage of funding to purchase more food.  We continue to distribute cleaning supplies where ever they are needed.

Prayer Requests:

-Strength to make it through the long days we are putting in.

-For more volunteers that can help us.

-For our funding shortage that is preventing us from meeting all the needs that have been coming in.

Thank you for your continued support.
We really appreciate it.

IMMEDIATE Need in the Philippines

July 5, 2017

I received this urgent request for assistance from our team leader in the Philippines .   Please pray about making a donation to help save lives.

Read his email for details.

Dear Dr. Patterson,

Thank you once again. Your blessing and caring for us is sincerely appreciated.

What the internally displaced people needs are toilets, water supply and tents. Solar power kits are also needed. We would need about P150,000, Philippine currency or about  $3000 USD. The amount will be for the construction of two toilets, a deep well, a multipurpose hall, and seed money for an organic farm. The target area right now is in Iligan City where more than 200,000 IDP are crowded in already filthy evacuation centers.

The evacuees badly need these to begin picking up their lives. Relief goods will never be enough. Reconstruction must begin now. Please help us again in anyway you can.

God bless and your family and the rest of CDR.

Please make a generous contribution by, credit or debit card on our web site.  It is safe and Secure using PayPal.   You may also send a contribution to CHRISTIAN DISASTER RESPONSE   P O BOX 3339  WINTER HAVEN, FLORIDA 33885-3339
