With your prayers and support CHRISTIAN DISASTER RESPONSE is preparing to respond with urgently needed assistance.

We want to thank Frazer Valley Gleaners for providing one million servings of Vegetable Soup Mix for the Children’s Feeding Program directed by one of our partner NGOs. Your Prayer support makes great and wonderful things happen, enabling CDR to assist suffering people across the country and around the world. Join the team today! Volunteer and or let us know we have your prayer support.
Southeastern West Virginia flooding is wide spread and has caused massive destruction. Thousands homeless, with a large number of homes, that need mud and mold removed, before they can be made livable. A Church Pastor has asked for cleaning supplies for nearby communities. CHRISTIAN DISASTER RESPONSE has ready to ship two Truckloads of Flood Clean up supplies. Please understand CDR receives NO GOVERNMENT FUNDING and must rely on the generosity of fellow believers like you for every penny of support we receive to assist Disaster Victims. Prayerfully consider making a generous donation to help transport urgently needed supplies.
Hurricane season is now underway and storms are getting organized very early. This may be a very active year. Already Florida has suffered a major blow consisting of wide spread flooding and power outages. We must restock and replenish food, supplies and do a few updates before we will be able to respond. We provide emergency food service, distributing our “Gifts of the Heart” Recovery Kits, clean up & minor repairs during the emergency phase, as well as Spiritual ministry. During the recovery phase we continue to provide food and other needed services based on the resources at that time. When we respond we must have enough food and food related items to serve 5,000 people. Additional food and supplies must be purchased as needed. It is not unusual to serve as many as 500,000 meals during a response. This takes considerable financial commitment and a large number of trained volunteers. We thank the Lord our prayer partners have always come through and we have never had to stop serving due to a lack of support! However at the start of the season, before the Headlines scream HURRICANE, we find our present funding low and that’s when we need help. Please pray for us for continued support both financially and volunteers. THANK YOU FOR CARING AND SHARING.

For over a year I have been warning Partners and Friends to prepare for Major Disasters coming to America. Well now they have started to occur with a 1,000 year flood striking South Carolina, Missouri and Texas. Texas has also seen tornadoes. The massive flooding has been followed by winter snow storms from DC to Philadelphia. Clusters of earthquakes in Oklahoma and Alaska continuing even today on an increased number. Unrest has been seen on University campuses in America. And now a major warning regarding possible EMP attacks taking out our electrical grid. Get ready NOW! WARNING…WARNING…Greater disasters are on the horizon so train, pray and prepare.
Serving those impacted by the string of tornadoes and flooding
You can make a difference in the lives of those who need it most and have been impacted by the tornadoes and flooding!
In-Kind donations are always needed and welcomed. Some of things needed are Travel-Trailers/RVs, CDR Recovery Kits (see detailes on our web site), new clothing, commercial sized canned food for mobile kitchens/feeding-sites and finanical support. We also need volunteers so if you have a heart to serve please let us know.
A final request is for prayer. Please pray for those affected by this major disaster and for our volunteers who will be responding.
CDR Loading palettes for Hurricane Joaquin Victims
A special THANK YOU for your prayers and financial support! Because of your partnership CDR is able to continue providing disaster relief services. Christian Disaster Response continues to provide aid to disaster victims long after the media has gone on to other news stories. Another shipment has been sent to aid the victims of Hurricane Joaquin. Special disinfectant cleaner to deal with the mold caused by the flooding. Contacts us to become a life saving financial supporter or volunteer.
CHRISTIAN DISASTER RESPONSE IS RESPONDING TO Hurricane Joaquin and the 1000 year South Carolina Flooding. We have assisted The Bahamas in the past by providing emergency relief and recovery efforts. We are responding with damage/needs assessment and material resources at this time. Scott Lewis is currently in the Islands, meeting with Government Officials. CDR is also preparing Mass Care (Food Service) equipment and supplies. At this time it appears, that major flooding will continue along the east coast, with massive flooding across South Carolina. All along the coastal areas of the US wind damage and flooding are being reported. CDR is ready to respond to the flooding as requested. Churches should train members to respond to local disasters as a BIBLE based ministry. CDR provides that training for Churches and missions.
IF you would like to be a partner in CDR’s emergency mission, please make a credit card donation and or volunteer to serve with one of our teams.

Volunteer Training November, 2014
I trust you, your family and friends had a wonderful Thanksgiving. God has blessed America with an abundance of food, cheap energy, and safe drinking water. Because God has truly been good to us, we enjoy comfortable homes in safety, at least for now. If we continue to turn our backs on what made this Nation great, we will suffer the same fate the Christians are now suffering in the Middle East. In my mission trip to the Middle East, I witnessed firsthand the horrible, evil acts of ISIS. The beheadings, rape, kidnappings and destruction of homes, and even their churches were destroyed..." I have returned from the Middle East after seeing firsthand the true face of Islam, and it is evil. Brother Daniel Scalf was unable to join me due to major health problems, and Brother Frazad was not able to meet me in Turkey. So I was on my own, relying on our Lord for direction. Acting in faith I was able to cross the border, before getting caught and forced back. Christians and minority Kurds are being slaughtered daily. I witnessed The Turkish Air force bomb Kurds, and US bombing is accomplishing very little to protect Christians and Kurds from the ISIS Army of evil, under the direction of the powers of Hell. Not so long ago there were hundreds of thousands of Christians in Iraq. Now Christians are hiding in three locations and they need emergency assistance. Only a very few Christian Relief Organizations are providing aid and they need our help. CDR is committed to providing life saving aid, with your prayerful support. Many of you have generously given financial support and your prayers made it possible for my safe return. There is much more to be accomplished. Farzad reporting from Kurdistan was able to confirm the emergency assistance needed over the next few months.

We follow Our Lord’s leadership on which calls to respond to with our limited resources. Our first duty is to the Household of FAITH! Yes God’s family comes first and then all others regardless of their beliefs or lack of any faith. Please remember we minister in both WORD and Deed. CDR has network volunteers working in Iraq to aid Christian families who have been driven from their homes in Mosul by ISIS. They had to renounce their Faith, convert and pay a tax or leave their homes with only the clothes on their backs. The only other choice was public crucifixion or beheading.

The team has discovered an abandoned building in a safe area and reached out to 300 families, who are now securely sheltered. They have divided up the building with hanging sheets for rooms. In time we hope to get all who wish to go, out of Iraq. In the meantime we must provide our brothers and sisters, with clean water, food, soap and basic medical care. Our team can provide for these needs with financial assistance. They can purchase the needed supplies, but must have the required funds. Prayerfully consider making a generous donation today. The estimated budget for 90 days is $130,000.
If a brother or sister be naked and destitute of daily food and one of you say unto them depart in peace, be ye warmed and filled; not withstanding ye give them not those things whch are needful to the body; what doth it profit? Even so faith if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.
Thousands of Christians are dying everyday in Northern Iraq. We must come to the aid of those still alive. Providing food, water and medical assistance can only be done with your prayers and contributions. WE MUST NOT HAVE THERE BLOOD ON OUR HANDS!
