Urgent Appeal...Joaquin South Carolina Flooding

October 2015

CHRISTIAN DISASTER RESPONSE IS RESPONDING TO Hurricane Joaquin and the 1000 year South Carolina Flooding. We have assisted The Bahamas in the past by providing emergency relief and recovery efforts. We are responding with damage/needs assessment and material resources at this time. Scott Lewis is currently in the Islands, meeting with Government Officials. CDR is also preparing Mass Care (Food Service) equipment and supplies. At this time it appears, that major flooding will continue along the east coast, with massive flooding across South Carolina. All along the coastal areas of the US wind damage and flooding are being reported. CDR is ready to respond to the flooding as requested. Churches should train members to respond to local disasters as a BIBLE based ministry. CDR provides that training for Churches and missions. IF you would like to be a partner in CDR’s emergency mission, please make a credit card donation and or volunteer to serve with one of our teams. Contributions for Hurricane Joaquin relief efforts can be made by clicking the button below or by sending a check to:

Iraq Response

I have returned from the Middle East after seeing firsthand the true face of Islam, and it is evil.  Brother Daniel Scalf was unable to join me due to major health problems, and Brother Frazad was not able to meet me in Turkey. So I was on my own, relying on our Lord for direction.  Acting in faith I was able to cross the border, before getting caught and forced back. Christians and minority Kurds are being slaughtered daily.  I witnessed The Turkish Air force bomb Kurds, and US bombing is accomplishing very little to protect Christians and Kurds from the ISIS Army of evil, under the direction of the powers of Hell.  Not so long ago there were hundreds of thousands of Christians in Iraq. Now Christians are hiding in three locations and they need emergency assistance.  Only a very few Christian Relief Organizations are providing aid and they need our help.  CDR is committed to providing life saving aid, with your prayerful support.  Many of you have generously given financial support and your prayers made it possible for my safe return. There is much more to be accomplished. Farzad reporting from Kurdistan was able to confirm the emergency assistance needed over the next few months.

Iraq Response

Network Volunteer aiding Iraqi refugee with donated meal kit.

We follow Our Lord’s leadership on which calls to respond to with our limited resources. Our first duty is to the Household of FAITH! Yes God’s family comes first and then all others regardless of their beliefs or lack of any faith. Please remember we minister in both WORD and Deed. CDR has network volunteers working in Iraq to aid Christian families who have been driven from their homes in Mosul by ISIS. They had to renounce their Faith, convert and pay a tax or leave their homes with only the clothes on their backs. The only other choice was public crucifixion or beheading.
The team has discovered an abandoned building in a safe area and reached out to 300 families, who are now securely sheltered. They have divided up the building with hanging sheets for rooms. In time we hope to get all who wish to go, out of Iraq. In the meantime we must provide our brothers and sisters, with clean water, food, soap and basic medical care. Our team can provide for these needs with financial assistance. They can purchase the needed supplies, but must have the required funds. Prayerfully consider making a generous donation today. The estimated budget for 90 days is $130,000.

If a brother or sister be naked and destitute of daily food and one of you say unto them depart in peace, be ye warmed and filled; not withstanding ye give them not those things whch are needful to the body; what doth it profit? Even so faith if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.
James 2:15-17

Thousands of Christians are dying everyday in Northern Iraq. We must come to the aid of those still alive. Providing food, water and medical assistance can only be done with your prayers and contributions. WE MUST NOT HAVE THERE BLOOD ON OUR HANDS!
You can help our brothers and sisters by making a generous contribution by clicking "Donate" below.
